Proof of homeschooling: what Atlanta venues ask for
Most venues in this directory don't mention proof at all. The ones that do usually want your Georgia homeschool paperwork.
| Venue | What the venue's page says |
|---|---|
| Georgia Aquarium, Tuesdays in the Field | Bring a letter of intent or another state document showing homeschool status. Schedules, report cards, proof of homeschool-group membership or curriculum also accepted. Without documentation you pay full admission. |
| Fernbank Museum | "Home schools must present a State Letter of Intent to qualify for reduced educational rates." |
| Tellus Science Museum | Its homeschool page doesn't mention proof. It does require a minimum of 10 students, and siblings and adults don't count toward it. |
What to keep on your phone
- Your current Georgia Declaration of Intent confirmation
- A homeschool group or co-op membership card, if you have one
- Your booking confirmation email
